## Elevator Pitch
AgroHotel Solidario Suchitoto is a community-led, low-carbon lodging model that combines earth-built cabins with agroecological food production. Tourism income subsidizes lodging for rural patients and finances climate-resilient livelihoods.

## Climate Problem
Rural families near Suchitoto face climate-vulnerable livelihoods, high food costs and limited income. Tourism is growing, but benefits rarely reach communities or finance local adaptation.

## Solution
We will launch a low-carbon agrohotel: five cabins with vegetable gardens, poultry and fish production, offering regenerative tourism and subsidized stays for rural patients.

## Revenue Model
Revenue comes from paid agroecological lodging, farm-to-table meals, guided visits, workshops and sale of vegetables, eggs and fish. Tourist income subsidizes low-cost stays for patients.

## Target Market
What is your target market?	Eco-conscious travelers visiting Suchitoto, solidarity delegations, universities, NGOs and local tourists seeking regenerative rural experiences; plus rural patients needing affordable lodging.

## Social Impact
People Living in Extreme Poverty, Women

## Demand Evidence
How do you know there is demand for your solution?	Suchitoto is a tourism destination and CRC/CoCoDA already mobilize visitors and solidarity delegations. Rural patients face lodging barriers, while tourists seek authentic community-based climate experien

## Competitors
Who are your competitors? Do you know anyone in your area?	Local hotels and hostels in Suchitoto offer conventional lodging. Few combine low-carbon earth-built cabins, agroecological production, community ownership and a solidarity health subsidy.

## Founder Expertise
What expertise or experience do you bring to this project?	CRC brings 30+ years in community development, agroecology, health and rural organizing; Radio Suchitlán supports outreach; CoCoDA adds international solidarity and fundraising experience.

## External Support
What external support have you already received?	CRC provides land/community governance, 30+ years of local experience and volunteer labor. The first cabin has a validated US$15,000 construction budget.
