We integrate digital traceability, materials analysis, and resource recovery to reduce environmental and economic impacts. Climate Problem We address the lack of traceability and waste recovery, which leads to emissions, pollution, and the loss of resources. This is critical because it directly impacts climate change and material efficiency in Latin America. Solution We offer a traceability platform (SICircular) and resource recovery models that turn waste into resources. In practice, we measure material flows, optimize their use, and generate revenue and verifiable environmental impact. Revenue Model We generate revenue through a pay-as-you-go SaaS model for SICircular, consulting services in the circular economy, and fees for waste recovery. We also generate revenue through impact-based models such as plastic credits and ESG solutions. Target Market Industrial, retail, and consumer goods companies in Latin America that require traceability, waste recovery, and ESG compliance; as well as managers and public entities promoting the circular economy. Social Impact Women Demand Evidence We validate market demand through our client companies and active projects, driven by regulatory pressure and ESG goals. Our results in valuation and traceability demonstrate genuine need and a willingness to pay. Competitors We compete with waste management companies, recyclers, and platforms such as Recykal and Circulor. In Latin America, there are local players, but few integrate traceability, recovery, and monetization into a single solution. Founder Expertise We bring expertise in the circular economy, technological development, materials analysis, and sustainable business models. We have implemented real-world projects with companies, integrating traceability, resource recovery, and measurable impact in the region. External Support We have received support from corporate partners and clients in Colombia, who have validated our solution through real-world projects. We have also participated in programs and networks within the innovation and sustainability ecosystem, which have strengthened our model and growth. Team Strategy and leadership, technological development, materials analysis and circular design, research and development in organic waste, partnership management, and B2B sales to scale the solution.
