## Elevator Pitch
A community-based facility that produces fertilizers and microorganisms using local waste and regenerative processes. We implement protocols for biofertilizers and compost, creating a circular and educational system for urban agriculture.

## Climate Problem
We address soil degradation, water pollution, and the loss of microbial diversity caused by agrochemicals, compounded by the massive disposal of organic waste. This leads to a loss of fertility, polluting emissions, and a heavy reliance on industrial inputs

## Solution
We have implemented a regenerative system to produce bio-inputs and live microorganisms through replicable processes. We transform local waste into low-impact fertilizers using educational protocols for farmers.

## Revenue Model
Sale of liquid biofertilizers and live microorganisms; distribution of humus and compost; regenerative agriculture kits; workshops and hands-on training; technical consulting; programs with municipalities and schools; and community production networks

## Target Market
Urban gardens, organic farmers, and families involved in food production. Ecovillages and sustainable communities, nurseries, agroecological producers, educational institutions, and municipalities interested in waste management

## Social Impact
Migrants, Women

## Demand Evidence
There is growing interest in regenerative agriculture, reducing chemical use, and soil restoration. The community is already actively engaged in initiatives related to composting, microorganisms, and living fertility, demonstrating a genuine need and practical validation.

## Competitors
There are independent producers of compost and natural fertilizers. However, our approach integrates live microorganisms, community education, organic waste, local production, and replicable protocols within an accessible regenerative ecosystem.

## Founder Expertise
Experience in composting, vermicomposting, microorganism cultivation, bio-fertilizers, urban gardens, and regenerative protocols. Development of household and community systems focused on sustainability, food sovereignty, and the circular economy

## External Support
We have an active community interested in composting, microbiology, urban gardening, and regenerative agriculture. There are already practical applications in home settings and experiments with vermicomposting, bio-fertilizers, and biological fertility systems.
