## Elevator Pitch
A climate intelligence infrastructure that integrates satellite imagery and on-site technical tracking to optimize crop yields and ensure sustainability standards in areas with limited connectivity.

## Climate Problem
We address the lack of verifiable data regarding climate risks and the challenge of interpreting satellite alerts in the field. In areas with poor connectivity, this prevents timely responses and leads to reactive decisions in the field and critical losses.

## Solution
We offer a platform that links satellite alerts with on-the-ground validation via NFC/RFID, using an "offline-first" approach. Our AI generates predictive alerts and automates operational routes in response to real-time weather risks.

## Revenue Model
We generate revenue through an annual subscription-based B2B SaaS & DaaS model, the sale of enabling hardware (NFC/RFID tags), and professional implementation and training services.

Our target market consists of agricultural project management and oversight firms in Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Spain, with a focus on companies that require verifiable reports and audits.

We compete with traditional manual record-keeping and expensive hardware platforms. In our region, there is no software optimized for on-site data collection; digital forms such as Cropin or SpaceAg are the norm.

## Founder Expertise
I bring more than 7 years of experience in agricultural and technology project management. I am proficient in Python and JavaScript development, applying data analytics to inform strategic decisions in operational environments.

## External Support
We filed a patent application for our technology through the PAI program (CO). We were selected for the startuplab01 & hello tomorrow residency (CL) and have secured three pilot projects in Colombia to begin validation.

As CEO, I lead the strategy and analytics efforts. The team includes a Tech Lead for development, a backend and security engineer specializing in low-connectivity synchronization, a sales representative, and an accountant.
