Providencia Regenera trains farmers in syntropic agriculture, supports rural entrepreneurship, develops local products, and creates biodiversity and community projects that strengthen regenerative and resilient rural communities in Costa Rica

Climate Problem

Rural communities are facing soil degradation, biodiversity loss, economic vulnerability, and the loss of local agricultural knowledge caused by extractive systems. This weakens climate resilience and threatens both ecosystems and community wellbeing.

Solution

Providencia Regenera builds community-led educational ecosystems inspired by syntropic agriculture and ecoversity principles, combining farmer education, entrepreneurship, biodiversity projects, youth engagement, and regenerative local development.

Revenue Model

Revenue will come from workshops, regenerative education programs, local branded products, partnerships, eco-cultural experiences, sponsorships, and community events that reinvest into restoration and local development projects.

We have received support through partnerships with UACO, which opened scholarships for local residents to study regenerative agronomy, as well as sponsors and allies who have helped fund access to educational and regenerative agriculture programs.
