Secret EcoBliss is a circular platform transforming coconut waste into valuable resources at national scale. We connect the value chain to collect and valorize residues, reducing emissions and building a regenerative coconut industry in Costa Rica.

Climate Problem

Tons of unmanaged coconut waste releases methane and CO₂ through decomposition and burning. This overlooked issue drives emissions, pollution, and resource loss, making circular, scalable solutions urgently needed.

Solution

We build a circular platform that collects coconut waste, processes it in hubs, and transforms it into substrates, bio-inputs, and biomass. By connecting the value chain, we reduce emissions and turn waste into scalable economic value.

Revenue Model

We generate value by converting coconut waste into high-value products like substrates, bio-inputs, and biomass, while offering waste collection services. By scaling this circular model, we create new revenue streams and reduce environmental costs.

Target Market

We serve coconut producers and agro-industrial companies in Costa Rica, while targeting export markets with high demand for substrates and fiber for nurseries and industrial use. Few competitors offer a circular, scalable supply system.

Some small-scale processors exist, but in Limón (we are located in Matina) there are no large-scale coconut waste management systems. Current solutions are fragmented, leaving a clear gap for an integrated circular platform.
