Colombia Context

Colombia's SISCLIMA (Sistema Nacional de Cambio Climatico) requires robust MRV infrastructure for NDC tracking. IDEAM manages the national GHG inventory (INGEI) which feeds into biennial transparency reports under the Paris Agreement.
