Elevator Pitch

Bioterra was founded with the goal of finding sustainable solutions to restore degraded soils in the Cerrado and boost food production in both rural and urban areas, by developing technologies for regenerative and urban agriculture.

Climate Problem

Bioterra combats the impacts of climate change on food production by working to regenerate soil, mitigate the effects of drought, and strengthen sustainable urban agriculture to increase food resilience in rural areas and cities.

Solution

Bioterra develops solutions for soil regeneration and urban agriculture. We created the HORTCITY platform and launched a vertical farming prototype for more efficient, sustainable food production in urban environments.

Revenue Model

Bioterra generates revenue through consulting services in sustainable soil management, technical subscriptions, and future services related to the HORTCITY platform and urban agriculture systems.

Target Market

Bioterra's target market includes farmers, urban agriculture projects, schools, residential communities, businesses, and smart cities seeking sustainable solutions for food production and environmental restoration.
