Elevator Pitch

A decentralized model for climate-resilient communities that combines regenerative land use, local economies, and fractal governance. The system is designed to be replicated globally, enabling territories to transition from dependency to self sufficiency

Climate Problem

We address land degradation and dependence on external food, water, and energy systems. This matters because it weakens local resilience, increases environmental pressure, and leaves communities vulnerable to climate and resource instability.

Solution

We develop a regenerative, self-sufficient community on forest land by implementing local food systems, water management, and off-grid energy, supported by decentralized governance and local economies to build resilient, low-impact territories.

Revenue Model

Revenue comes from founding contributions for land access, eco-lodge and immersive stays, regenerative product sales, and experience-based programs. Additional income from tokenized environmental assets (trees, carbon, biodiversity) aligned with conservat

Target Market

Our target market includes environmentally conscious individuals, families, and remote professionals seeking sustainable living, as well as eco-tourists and impact-driven investors interested in regenerative projects and long-term environmental value.

Demand Evidence

Demand is evidenced by growing interest in intentional communities, regenerative tourism, and sustainable living. We’ve received direct inquiries, community engagement, and market validation from similar models globally showing increasing adoption.

Competitors

We don’t view others as competitors but as part of a broader ecosystem. Similar models include eco-communities and regenerative retreats in Costa Rica and globally; locally there are eco-lodges and intentional communities, though none integrate governance

Founder Expertise

We bring hands-on experience in land management, construction, and self-sufficiency, combined with a clear vision and commitment to build a functional regenerative community. Our strength is execution on the ground and the ability to learn and adapt fast.

External Support

None so far.
