METAVIS aims to use AI and satellite imagery to identify and evaluate renewable energy sites in Peru, delivering land ownership, grid connection, permits and solar data from site discovery to Ready-to-Build — compressing months of prospection.

Climate Problem

Peru has world-class solar resources yet fossil fuels dominate its grid — because data gaps and bureaucracy delay renewables 3–5 years. With energy as Latin America's top CO₂ emitter, accelerating this transition isn't optional. METAVIS does it.

Solution

First, METAVIS's real-time GIS viewer tells developers if a site is viable for solar, wind or hydrogen. Then, a tailored permit roadmap shows exactly how to develop it — compressing Peru's 3–5 year process dramatically.

Revenue Model

Three streams: SaaS subscriptions and pay-per-report for developers; data licensing to different stakeholders. By becoming Peru's most complete renewable energy dataset, METAVIS will grow more valuable every year.

I know because I've lived it. As a renewable energy developer since 2020, I've spent months traveling Peru to validate sites by hand. Selecting a grid connection point and viable land alone takes 3–6 months. METAVIS cuts that to days.
