ImPAQ™ Spyder is a revolutionary, efficient pedal-electric vehicle that folds in seconds to roll anywhere and park vertically. We are building the full-sized prototype to prove its advantages and launch global production through local micro-factories.

Climate Problem

We tackle pollution and resource waste in vehicle production, use, and disposal. By making clean transport comfortable and fun, plus super easy parking, we drive the shift toward sustainable mobility, reducing the carbon footprint of global land travel.

Solution

The ImPAQ is a folding micro-EV blending e-bike efficiency with car-like comfort. It uses significantly fewer materials to build, requires minimal parking space, and reduces energy consumption and waste while keeping you protected from the elements.

Revenue Model

We will generate revenue by direct online sales and U.S. trike dealers, pricing the ImPAQ well under $10,000. Our launch on Indiegogo.com will minimize costs and risks, with global expansion through a franchise model for local production and assembly.

Target Market

Initially, we target tech innovators on Indiegogo, primarily in the USA. We will then scale through U.S. recumbent trike dealers and reach city dwellers seeking comfortable, all-season transport that solves the challenge of limited storage space.

Similar non-folding vehicles have sold 1,000+ units, proving a solid niche. Our folding technology solves their primary barriers—parking and storage— leveraging existing demand while creating a new market for ultra-compact urban transit.

Competitors

Direct competitors include Envo’s Veemo and the ELF by Organic Transit, plus a few European models in development. Folding bikes exist, but no practical folding micro-EV with enhanced comfort, weather protection and safety has ever entered the market.

As an FAA-certified aircraft mechanic and vehicle designer for 11 global projects, I bridge the gap between theory and manufacturing. My experience building and optimizing systems ensures a patented, physical solution that others only theorize about.

We have secured non-reimbursable grants from the CATAL1.5°T Pre-Acceleration program (€15,000) and the BCIE DINAMICA II contest ($6,927)to refine our folding electric velocar as a high-impact "ClimateTech" solution for reducing emissions.
