We are a Salvadoran startup that transforms recyclable plastic fibers into contemporary-style handbags. Each piece tells a story of environmental awareness and empowerment, combining style with purpose.

Climate Problem

We turn the challenge of plastic into a sustainable opportunity: we put the raw material to eco-friendly use, extend its life cycle, and expand growth opportunities for every artisan.

Solution

By incorporating timeless design into our pieces, we extend the accessory’s lifespan to up to 15 years. Since they are recyclable, each creation can be repurposed and given a new lease on life, while remaining true to its eco-friendly purpose

Revenue Model

We will generate revenue by selling accessories to stores specializing in sustainable products and to those focused on timeless design.

There are many artisans who make these types of products; however, none of them mass-produce them or incorporate design into the process. For this reason, we do not consider competition to be a significant challenge.

LEVA brings together graphic designers, interior designers, lawyers, and artisans in a multidisciplinary team that creates timeless, visually striking, and functional pieces, blending aesthetics, purpose, and cultural value.
